DCVA and Harteraad are developing a platform to create a community for cardiovascular patients to give them an unlimited online opportunity to learn more about their disease, seek and or give assistance. Additionally this platform can generate interesting data regarding the quality of life of patients which can enrich data from patient registrations. The structure for the platform is currently being developed under the guidance of Harteraad in close collaboration with the Dutch Heart Foundation and Netherlands Heart Registration.
