On Monday evening,22 April 2024: we kick-off the National Heart Failure Week with the very first Conference of the Delta Plan Heart Failure.
This Conference is an absolute must for policymakers and healthcare professionals in the heart failure field. We will dive into the impact of health failure both in healthcare, patients and providers; together we will explore ways to reduce the impact of heart failure. The Conference is also the official kick-off for a week of regional activities for the general public, patients and healthcare providers alike.
