Ten (10) Connect regions can apply to get an amount of € 75,000 from ZonMw for the early detection and better treatment of people with atrial fibrillation and heart failure. This grant has been made possible by the new collaboration between ZonMw and the Heart Foundation and is part of the program ‘Juiste Hartzorg op de Juiste Plaats’ of the Dutch CardioVascular Alliance (DCVA). NVVC Connect will support regions with the application for this grant.
