Nynke de Vries is a Technical Medicine graduate intern at the Department of Cardiology at the UMC Utrecht, under supervision of Prof. Pieter Doevendans and Dr. René van Es.
During her master’s programme, Nynke has focused on medical signal and image processing, with a special interest in big data and artificial intelligence. As a Technical Medicine student, she aims to facilitate and stimulate technical innovation from the clinical work floor. Her graduate internship focusses on the clinical validation and implementation of the miniECG.
