On 18 September, the third group of participants in the DCVA Leadership Program marked the end of their two-year programme with a closing event. With the completion of the programme, they now join the growing network of DCVA Ambassadors.
Over the past two years, the participants have taken part in training sessions, workshops and collaborative projects aimed at strengthening leadership within the cardiovascular field. The programme offers professionals the opportunity to broaden their perspectives, develop skills in interdisciplinary collaboration, and explore new ways of connecting research with practice.
The closing on 18 September was both a moment of reflection and a chance to look ahead. As DCVA Ambassadors, the participants will remain involved in the alliance, contributing to ongoing efforts to improve cardiovascular health in the Netherlands. They will also serve as points of connection between different organisations and disciplines, helping to sustain and expand the DCVA network.
With this third group, the DCVA Leadership Programme continues to build a community of professionals who are equipped to take on future challenges in cardiovascular research and care. Want to know more about the new ambassadors? Read here!
