Today, we gathered at the Neude Library in Utrecht for the DCVA Strategy Day—a day dedicated to collaboration, reflection, and setting the course for the next three years.

The input from all partners, highlighting what matters most for their organizations within the DCVA framework, was invaluable. The morning session focused on the mission and vision of the DCVA, using interactive disussions to showcase how we can continue our collaborative efforts to drive our impact. This was followed by an engaging session where several partners, pitched their priorities for collaboration in the coming years. This highlighted new areas of alignment and opportunities for further collaboration within the alliance.

In the afternoon, we dove deeper into our six strategic pillars. Through dynamic discussions in varying group formats—from pairs to larger teams—we identified the most pressing challenges for each pillar and brainstormed actionable solutions for the next three years.

We are also proud to share that the new alliance agreement stimulates our commitment to the shared DCVA mission for the next five years. This milestone reflects the strength and unity of our alliance as we move forward!
