Suzanne Vugs is a PhD candidate at the Future Everyday group of the Industrial Design department at the Eindhoven University of Technology. She holds a bachelor degree in Psychology & Technology and a master degree in Industrial Design. Suzanne specializes in user interaction design. For the project, her aim is to see how design can ensure that patients with chronic heart failure can self-manage their disease without the need for the hospital to be in the loop. How can we trust users to safely manage their disease?
