Luc Schoppink strives to fast-track innovation from lab to patient through translation of promising cardiology research into scalable ventures, with the aim to accelerate development and commercialization. In the role of Impact Officer, Luc will be scouting for promising research in cardiovascular sciences, to bring novel technologies to the patient through venture building and fostering of valorization within DCVA research consortia.
Prior to the DCVA, Luc worked in the role of Senior Consultant for Catalyze-Group, where he helped leading researchers and companies in Biotech, Medtech and Healthtech secure financing for ambitious R&D projects. Luc has a background in Biomedical- and Neurosciences, as well as a degree in Life Science based Management and Entrepreneurship. Today, Luc is dedicated to help promising research and innovation to reach its full potential.
