With three years to go to reach its goal, the DCVA consortium Heart4Data is getting up to speed developing a sustainable infrastructure for cardiovascular registry-based research. Heart4Data is currently working on the framework covering governance and ethical, legal, financial, technological and methodological factors. Furthermore, the creation of a sustainable registry for heart failure (HF) within the Dutch Hearth Registration (NHR) shows great progress: Thirty Dutch hospitals are participating in the TITRATE-HF study and the first 1,000 patients are now included.
